Why Are My Activities Not Recording?

There are a few reasons as to why a student’s activity was not recorded:
  • The student was not properly logged in.
  • The student was completing the activity on a list that did not belong to the teacher.
  • The student completed the activity on a mobile device and that device was not connected to a wi-fi signal to transfer back the activity.
  • The student did not complete the activity in full. Activities must be finished completely for them to be recorded.
  • In the case of Writing Practice activities, students must submit their work in order for it to appear within the Grade Student Writing section of Grading & Records.

To ensure that your students are logging in correctly, please remind students:
  • They must log in with the username and password EXACTLY as it they were assigned.
  • They must log in on the student's (green) side of the Login page.
  • Before beginning any activities, they should make sure they are logged in properly by confirming their username appears in the blue menu bar on the student homepage.​

Note: If your school has activated a School Code, students MUST log in from your school's homepage.
